Charles Klein
Station Manager
With more than two decades of experience in global logistics, transportation management, and commercial operations, Charles Klein is a seasoned supply chain leader known for driving growth, strengthening organizational performance, and building high-performing teams across multiple U.S. markets.
Charles currently serves as Station Manager for OEC Group’s Detroit branch, a role he has held since 2019. In this capacity, he oversees strategic operations, sales performance, client service, and regional business development for one of the industry’s most recognized international freight forwarders. Under his leadership, the branch has achieved sustained commercial expansion, strengthened customer relationships, and improved operational efficiency.
Prior to his current position, Charles spent three years as Sales Supervisor/Manager at OEC Group, where he directed sales strategy and coached a growing team of account executives. He began his tenure with the organization in 2011 as an Account Executive in the Greater Chicago Area, where he developed new business, managed key accounts, and consistently delivered strong revenue results.
Before joining OEC Group, Charles spent seven years with TMC, a division of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. He served as a Senior Logistics Analyst, providing analytical insight, network optimization, and supply chain solutions for major clients. He previously held the role of Account Manager, where he managed complex transportation programs and cultivated long-term customer partnerships.
Charles is known for his deep industry knowledge, results-oriented leadership style, and ability to mentor and motivate teams. He brings a proven track record of operational excellence and commercial success to every role he undertakes.
