Logan Cooper is the Manager of OEC Group's St. Louis branch, a key office within one of the world's largest logistics providers and a leading freight forwarder in the China-to-U.S. trade lane. Logan earned his leadership position by working his way up through the organization and gaining hands-on experience across nearly every operational function. This broad background has given him a comprehensive understanding of both the global supply chain industry and the unique dynamics of the St. Louis market.
With deep knowledge of the St. Louis and regional business landscape, as well as the supply chain challenges facing companies throughout St. Louis, the surrounding region, and the broader Midwest, Logan brings a specialized understanding of the unique needs of local and regional businesses. His expertise enables him to develop customized logistics strategies that help organizations improve efficiency, reduce risk, and achieve their business objectives.
Throughout his career, Logan has worked closely with manufacturers, distributors, importers, and exporters across St. Louis and the surrounding region. He has helped customers navigate shifting tariff policies, evolving trade regulations, capacity constraints, and changing sourcing strategies in an increasingly complex global marketplace.
A licensed private pilot, Logan also holds a U.S. Customs Broker License, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, a CargoWise certification, and the designation of Certified Customs Specialist from the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America.
Logan holds a bachelor's degree in Flight Operations Management from the University of Central Missouri.
